Return and Refund Policy

Netsurf Communications Pvt. Ltd. offers a seven (7) days money back guarantee for customers. If a customer purchased a product from us and is not satisfied with the product, the customer may request a refund directly from Company so long as the purchase remains in acceptable, undamaged and unregistered condition and is returned in its original condition. The refund amount shall be up to 80% of the Sales Price (less the shipping/handling/processing charges on the original purchase).

* To be eligible for a return, item must be unused / unregistered and in the same condition that you received it.

* Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

* Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

* If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

* Cancellation request for the hardware productcan be done before despatch.

* Cancellation request for software product can be done within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase and registration key must not be used.

* Refund process will be initiated within 4 working days of the cancellation request approved by us.

* Refund amount will be 100 % of the amount paid for receipt subject to necessary deduction as the company may deem fit.
